Hi everyone! We are very excited to be launching our new blog soon!

We are a group of MBA students at Concordia University (Montréal, Canada), and we will be blogging as part of an assignment for our Social Media Marketing class.

How does this work…?
We were asked to choose a theme that we are passionate about and to create a page in which to share our ideas and capture your attention.

We are four ambitious professionals coming from very different life paths, but something brings us together: we all have at some point struggled to keep a healthy and equilibrated work-life balance. This is a common problem of our modern and
fast-paced society. Our aim? To share with you ad-hoc solutions that we found to be effective to overcome this problem.

We will be speaking about health, wellness, relaxing and therapeutic massages, travels, food and much more! Our very varied backgrounds will ensure unique perspectives, alternative ideas, and an easy and fun reading experience for you!

… and how can you help us? 🙂
Well, it’s easy! If you like us, and what we write: follow us! Share our posts! Send us your suggestions! We are all about engaging with our audience.

Oh, and did we mention that we are always interested in contributions from the web? Do you have a blog post relevant to our topic and you’d like to share it with us? Drop us an email, and we will feature you on our blog.

We look forward to posting interesting and useful insights. Talk to you soon!
